Eline van den Ende received her musical training at the Sweelinck Conservatory of Music in Amsterdam, Holland where she studied with Herman Krebbers, former concert master of the Royal Amsterdam Concert Gebouw Orchestra. She is a member of the first violin section of Symphony Silicon Valley.
Her other orchestras include the Ballet San Jose Orchestra, the Golden Gate Strings, the Music in the Mountains Festival Orchestra and the Arizona Music Fest Orchestra. Ms. van den Ende was a member of the Midsummer Mozart Orchestra from 1982 till 2003.
Ms. van den Ende is the second violinist of the San Jose String Quartet, a group active in bringing music to the Public Schools in the Bay Area.
She has appeared as a soloist with the San Francisco Chamber Players, the San Francisco Old First Church Orchestra and the Music in the Mountains Festival Orchestra.
Aside from a busy teaching schedule Ms. van den Ende also substitutes with the major orchestras in San Francisco.
