Something has come up and you can't attend a concert for which you have tickets? While the Symphony cannot refund the cost of your tickets, there are several things you can do:
Season Subscribers
- Give your tickets to friends or family to use in your place.
- Exchange your tickets for another performance. Ticket exchanges are a benefit of being a season subscriber, no matter what series you have subscribed to:
- More Than 5 Business Days Prior To Concert:
- Return the tickets you cannot use to the Ticket Office along with a note giving the name your subscription is under and instructions about what performance you wish to exchange to:

- Your new tickets will either be mailed to the address on your subscription account or held for you at Will Call.
- Less Than 5 Business Days Prior To Concert:
- Call the Symphony Ticket Office for instructions: (408) 286-2600 x 2
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM
- Donate your tickets to the Symphony to resell. You will receive a tax deduction for the value of the tickets:
- More Than 5 Business Days Prior To Concert:
- Return the tickets you cannot use to the Ticket Office along with a note giving the name your subscription is under and stating that you wish to donate the tickets to the Symphony:
